‘Avengers: Endgame’ Star Jeremy Renner Is Apparently A Rock Star Now

While it wasn’t a move that anyone saw coming, Jeremy Renner’s new music career actually makes a lot of sense. Famous for his portrayal as Hawkeye in the MCU’s Avengers, first debuting the character in 2011’s Thor, and Aaron Cross in The Bourne Legacy, Renner has quietly been building towards his music career for years. For some of us, this come as no surprise as Hawkeye proved his vocal prowess in his viral clip from The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon in 2015.

While the clip was a hilarious stunt to promote the MCU, many fans noted that “Hey, he’s actually really good.” In fact, Renner has been providing his musical talents to the film industry for years. Some of his music credits include “I Drink Alone” on the soundtrack for North Country starring Charlize Theron and he appeared on the soundtracks for 2006’s Love Comes the Executioner and The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford.

And while he didn’t lend any vocals to the track, he did appear in P!nk’s music video for her single Trouble as a very attractive cowboy.

Now, however, Renner has stepped out of the shadows and fully committed to his calling to be a rockstar with the release of three singles: Main Attraction, Heaven Don’t Have A Name, and Nomad. These came with a partnership with Jeep in their new summer ad campaign “Summer of Jeep”, with short music videos. Full length versions of the music videos can be found on Jeremy Renner’s YouTube page. Each single will be featured in the campaign, as well as for your listening pleasure on Spotify, iTunes, and Google Play. The first full length music video can also be viewed right here!
